About Accelerate

Accelerate is a 7-week developmental experience for Black and Brown women ready to (re)discover their purpose and move their careers forward with clarity and confidence.

This is where you reconnect with who you are, what you were created to do, and how to weave that purpose into your professional life. Inside Accelerate, you’ll explore the connection between purpose and profession—building a roadmap that honors both your ambition and your authenticity.

Across seven weeks, you’ll meet live with a small cohort of women navigating their own crossroads. Together, you’ll:

  • (Re)Discover your purpose and define what success truly means to you

  • Clarify your professional vision for what’s next—whether you’re pivoting, advancing, or creating something new

  • Align your goals with who you are, your lifestyle, and the impact you want to make

  • Build an actionable roadmap with steps that feel achievable and aligned

  • Receive a guided workbook, weekly reflection prompts, and access to a private community for continued support
