Accelerate is seven weeks of structured work, in a small group of women who understand what you're carrying, to help you name what you want and build a real path toward it.

How It Works
Live Sessions
We'll meet weekly on Zoom for two(2) hours, working on clarity, direction, and strategy together
Between Sessions
Reflection work and a digital community space where the group stays connected and explore the questions people are sitting with, and celebrate our wins as they happen
One-on-One
Midway through, you and Obenewa will meet for thirty(30) minutes to work through any specific challenges or questions you have.
The next cohort begins September 2026, group is capped at twelve (12). That’s deliberate.

Group or One-on-One
If you're weighing this against individual coaching, the honest answer is that both work, and they suit different moments in a career. Individual coaching goes deep on your particular situation, at your pace, with all the attention on you.
Accelerate offers something different: you'll hear how other accomplished women are thinking through questions that resonate with your own, which tends to shift your perspective in ways solo reflection rarely does.
Many people do both, starting here and moving into one-on-one coaching when they're ready to go deeper.
